We accumulate a high net worth when we have it and experience low self-worth when we don’t.
We become dependent on others for it, even entitled and selfish when lavished with it.
Some confidently earn lots of it, while others underestimate their own value.
We are generous with it and philanthropic when we have an abundance of it.
Yet many never seem to have enough of it.

All of these energies play a role in how you handle your money. 

It can get in the way of how money flows in and out of your life.

How does financial coaching work?

You’ll be coached for 50-minutes every two weeks by phone or video conference.

You won’t be told what to do with your money.  You’ll be supported as you discover within yourself what you want to do to improve your relationship with your money, so you can take positive action.

Financial coaching will help you:

  • Discover what’s blocking you from taking charge of your finances.
  • Recognize the parts of your lifestyle you may wish to change.
  • Define your financial goals.
  • Develop new financial behaviors.
  • Become confident in achieving your financial goals.
  • Take consistent action.

How long does it take?

Coaching services are provided to you through programs that run 3-months and 6-months. Because it takes time to make a change. 

Some financial changes are bigger than others.  When you commit to a 3 or 6-month timeframe, you’re already on the path to affecting change.  You’ve invested in yourself.

Over the course of your program, you’ll discover how to coach yourself, so you can self-coach in the future when necessary. 

If you decide you need more time, we can consider continuing our coaching relationship at the conclusion of your program.

3-month and 6-month programs

With each program, you’ll receive:

  • Two 50-minute coaching sessions per month for the length of the program you choose.
  • Email support from me during my weekly business hours (24-hour turnaround for responses) for the length of your program.

3-month program

Appropriate if you believe you are on the right path, but have become stuck.

You can expect to:

  • Get clarity on what’s holding you back.
  • Move past your fears and obstacles that keep you from taking action.
  • Develop a plan that will get you back on track.
  • Take action through achievable steps.

Program must be completed within 3 months

6-month program

Appropriate for big changes, especially if you don’t know where to begin.

You can expect all the benefits of the 3-month program, plus:

  • Discover what you really want in life by tuning into your own intuition.
  • Create your financial goals based on that newfound awareness and understanding.
  • Implement new financial behaviors.
  • Take consistent action to achieve your financial goals.
  • Assistance with steering the course toward the changes you are making.
  • Tools to self-coach yourself through future life changes, so you stay on track.

Program must be completed within 6 months
